Refund policy

RETURNS FOR CASES AND ACCESSORIES

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are NOT accepted outside the European Union due to shipping costs.


Returns are accepted within the European Union, with a cost of €10-15 depending on the destination country, payable by the customer.

You can only request a refund when 100% of the order has arrived at your address. To file a claim, you must send a photo of the shipping label so we can verify receipt of the merchandise.

Once you request a refund, we will send you a shipping label so you can return the item with a shipping company near your home.

When we receive the items (usually within 7 days), we will verify them and refund you 100% of the purchase amount.

If you are requesting a return for products that are damaged, defective, or do not match the product description or photos, you must send us a photo of the defects or differences.

You cannot request a refund if you have not received your order.

BUT, if you have not received it within 35 days of the purchase date, there is likely a shipping issue (loss or customs hold). We will refund you without hesitation, even if you have not received it. We take responsibility in this case.

If the order does not arrive within 35 days, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to resend you another item (free of charge) or refund your money.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@petimint.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

APPAREL / CANDLES REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations (once the package has been shipped) are not accepted, as garments are custom-made on demand. If you have received a defective item, please email support@petimint.com within 72 hours of receiving it. We will do our best to help you and issue a refund if necessary.

We are also not responsible if you make a mistake in the shipping address on your order.

All clothing sales are final.

Criteria for defective clothing and sails:

- Presence of holes
- Presence of corrosive stains
- Fabric wear
- Poor design (loose threads, poor visibility, or peeling vinyl)

REMEMBER:

In the event of a claim, no more than 15 days must have passed since you received the order at home. Please inspect the garment immediately to avoid disputes. Furthermore, the label must not be loose or broken.

How are refunds issued?

- Refund of the purchase amount (shipping costs not included)

or

- Return of the item(s), 100% free of charge

Finally, we remind you that shipping usually takes between 7 and 15 days. It may take up to 20 days or more if there is a problem with customs in your destination country. This problem is not our responsibility, but rather the responsibility of your country's customs authorities.
