CASES AND ACCESSORIES REFUND
We have a 15 -day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You can only request a refund when 100% of the order has arrived at your address. Then to request a claim you must send a photo of the shipping label so that we can verify that the actual merchandise was received.
Once the refund is requested, a shipping label will be sent to you so that you can return the item with a transport company close to your address.
When we receive the items, (it usually takes about 7 days) it will be verified and 100% of the purchase amount will be returned to you.
If you request a return for damaged, defective or not matching the product description or photos, you have to send us a photo of the defects/differences.
You will not be able to request a refund if you have not received the order.
BUT, if you have not received it in 35 days from the date of purchase, there would probably be a problem in the shipping process (loss or withholding in customs), we will refund your money without problem, even if you have not received it. We take responsibility in this case.
If the order has not arrived in 35 days, we will contact you to ask if you want us to resend another item (free) or refund your money.
Returns do not carry any additional charge, they are free.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Some tracking numbers cannot be provided until the item reaches your destination country. This is because an exchange is made between several transport companies and the tracking number changes. Therefore, once you arrive in your country, you will be provided with the tracking number if you request it.
We understand the inconvenience that this may cause, but we are aware of each client, to solve all the problems caused with the shipment, and make returns if necessary, complying with the previous requirements.
Therefore, we value the aptitude of customers. Most of the products are made on demand and handmade. We are not a department store, we make the products with love and that takes a little bit :)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CLOTHING/ TOTE BAGS REFUNDS
Returns/exchanges or cancellations (Once the package is shipped) are NOT accepted as garments are custom made-on-demand products. If you have received a faulty item, please email me at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the item. We will do our best to help you and make a refund if necessary for this reason.
We are also NOT responsible if you make a mistake with the shipping address at your order.
All clothing sales are final.
Faulty clothing criteria:
- Presence of holes
- presence of corrosive stains
- fabric wear
- Design in poor condition (loose threads, poor quality visibility or vinyl that comes loose)
In case of claim, no more than 72 hours should have passed since you received the order at home, please check the clothes immediately to avoid disputes.
Also, the TAG cannot be loose or torn.
How are the refunds?

Finally, we remind you that shipping usually takes about 7-15 days. It can take up to 20 or more days if there is a problem in customs within your destination country. This problem does not depend on us but on the customs authorities of your country.
