1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our processing time is 3 days to 2 weeks to make and ship your order. Then the shipping company will take care of delivering the order in 1-2 days.

4. The order says delivered but I don't see it?
Please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have your packages. Sometimes orders appear 1 or 2 days after the estimated delivery date.
